long run from my place. Clare, Wendy, Lance and Emily in the not so long group, Clive, Mat and Mark ran a bit further. very hot out, and legs pretty tired from yesterday. getting back into running is hard, especially at this time of year. I guess it has to happen some time though!

Orienteering race 41:47 [4] 4.5 km (9:17 / km)

street/bush O at merri merri park in chapel hill. very hot, and lots of long street running sections. got some blisters. nice swim in clare's pool after.
