Recovery run in Anzac park. nice evening out after the storm, and felt much better running than expected.

City run with goodwill and go between bridges. Tried to keep it at a decent pace. River is pretty at night.

Run into lower portals. Swim was awesome. Run was hot.

Arvo mtb in gap creek with Dan and James. Legs were a bit tired. Only managed to properly keep up on one track but then James crashed right in front of me. Nice out after it cooled down a bit.

Barney creek walk with helen - into lower portals, up the creek to upper portals (swim!) then out via yamara creek to the cleared ridge. expected to meet Dad at the top and he wasn't there. called him and they were still in boonah, so we walked out to just above waterfall gully. long walk, and toes were pretty unhappy with all the downhill at the end.

Circuit training (plank) 10:00 [5]

too much trash talking after a few beers ended up with me doing a 10min plank. it was quite challenging. James then did a 10.30 plank.

run home from work. tired before I started and it was pretty ploddy to begin with. the section along the river is always nice.

Swim in chinchilla pool with James. Not as hard as expected, maybe cos I'm floating a bit better than usual at the moment.

Run at the bunyas. From burtons well to dandabah. Pretty cruisey, didn't want to leave Helen too far behind so just plodded. Pulled Rachel's trick on Helen. I let her run in front and she nearly stood on a snake.

Yoga binge continues. My pass expires on the weekend but now I've used up all the classes. Lots of back stretching and some odd planking combinations, and now i have carpet burn on my elbows.

hot yoga. quite a tough class and found it hard going... for some reason my legs are tired. lots of hip stretching which was really good.

Orienteering (park o) 40:00 [3]

Night park o at fig tree pocket. mass start, so I go passed in a big hurry very early. plodded around mostly on my own. Laurina re-passed me about half way. then I found Caroline when we were both off trying to make an easy control hard. got away from her a bit after that, but hadn't realised it was cos she didn't have a torch... felt pretty bad for leaving her to run through the underpass in the dark. maybe she'll remember a torch next time.
