Mt Alford loop from boonah with James. Hard work keeping up.

Running long 1:37:00 [3] 15.5 km (6:15 / km)

Long run from Clare's - location mainly chosen for the pool at the end. Ran with Wendy, and Clare for the first part, although Clare was suffering badly in the humidity and bailed. Wendy and I did an extra bit out along south boundary road as an extension to the normal long option. Quite warm and stupid humid so it got a bit challenging towards the end. very happy to land in the pool when we got back to Clare's.

Park o at rafting ground reserve. I was meant to be helping but then told I wasn't needed and could have a run. Probably a bit more than I needed today - struggled on the hills. Still stupid humid.

In Sydney for work. Went for a plod and found some trails through Gore creek.

6 short hill sprints. 14 secs each.

Mtb crash guy from Sunday let us know he's finally out of hospital. Broken patella and a few weeks on crutches.

Mtb in tewantin forest, from Dan's parents new place. Nice trails, and lots of work done since we were last there. Ride was interrupted by some guy crashing in front of Dan. Took about an hour to send him off to hospital.

Brookfield ride with Clare. I could say I dusted the cobwebs off the roadie, but I didn't. I think they've hung on. Nice morning out.
Bit of a fail in the "training to keep up with Dan plan". He did an extra 100 km.

half anzac park run. head torch went flat so bailed and did some hills.

5 hill sprints. 4 x 22 secs, then 24. max effort. struggled to keep legs working properly at the end.

Run home from work. Somehow figured out this plan after offering to pick dad up from the airport this morning, in his car so he dropped me at my office. Hadn't really considered how dead my legs would be. Very tired for the first half but got going eventually.

More Roto. Very tired, but legs and flow back today. Pity I have to go back to work tmw. Awesome day out but Dan and I managed to lose each other through a stupid little track network and spent an extra hour riding in circles. Oh well.

More Roto. More tired but back a little better. Bad start with a track that was way too hard, but then we did eagle vs shark which is awesome. Hit the wall with more than an hour left to ride, then hit a wall and crashed.

Back was stiff this morning so tried doing some stretches, but just managed to twinge something in my lower back and now in serious pain. vitamin I and tiger balm applied, hopefully I can move at some point later today.

Hot yoga. Very sweaty! Back settled enough and warmed up ok. Going to take a while to fix properly.
