Run intervals 16:00 [4] 2.7 km (5:56 / km)

Went out at lunchtime after sleeping pretty badly last night (probably in anticipation of the SA leg of the trip being scuttled, as it was to be during the day). A bit marginal at the start but ended up a consistent session, and it's always a good interval session when the fastest reps are the last ones.

Think I'm now up to plan D for my travels (if they happen at all). There are still 22 letters left in the alphabet and I may need a few more of them depending on developments. Will stay around for a few days, hopefully leaving midweek next week (and reversing direction to start through NSW and finish through SA).

Warm-up and down. Felt considerably better in the afternoon for having done this run, although the day still seemed to disappear (probably as well that I've got at least two more days of work that I wasn't expecting to, given the number of things I still have to get done).
