Birsemore blue course. Tired legs from yesterday along with quite a lot of brashings along with the usual boulders on the north flank made for a slowish run. Three errors on the 2nd downhill part of the course, overshooting 8 and 10 and veering too far to the right on 9, a consequence of trying to utilise a forest track.

Feeling good and a gorgeous day so time for a long run. Along Deeside Way then up Gouach, along to Slewdrum car park and back via the river. Knees a bit sore during and after.
