Now I'm not sure I trust the wrist-based HR for this one. I used a program that increased the resistance continuously through to 35 mins, but after increasing to 130-140 early on , the reading dropped back to 80 for most of the session, before going back up to 130 again towards the end. Don't believe it.

Crathes parkrun (forgot bar code). Nice bright day. Not a pb. Kept cadence up well, ave 182 (set a minimum alert at 180). Max HR off the forerunner 620 surprisingly high, never higher than about 175 before. However, it came at the end of a long downhill section, rather than on any of the uphill parts of the course, so not sure it's reliable data, also my vivosmart 4 that I was also wearing, only gave a max of 169. Will keep an eye on it anyway.
