Sol 2 blue: I haven't been in the habit of paying much attention to the recovery advisor on my Garmin. But I have read some papers that they've published and they do seem to be pretty clued up. I didn't look at it after campus canters, but after my run on Friday it advised 36 hours recovery before running again. Well, I ran the sol after 26 hours. Following the sol it is now telling not to run for 4 days! I think I'm going to use it as a guide.

Scolty 5K1. Great to be out running again, having missed the whole of March! :-) Legs felt very heavy, and heart rate was up compared to where I left off, so it will be interesting to see how quickly it comes down again. Hip has been getting very sore lately but it loosened up nicely on the run.
