Scolty 5k 1 rev. Saw physio on Tuesday. It seems my glute and hamstring pain is actually a return of sciatica, and originates in my lower back where the sciatic nerve is being irritated again. Still less painful the more active I am, so I have some stretches to do and I hope it will improve over the next few weeks.
