Piriformis pretty sore beforehand. Did loads of stretches and exercises before I started and although it was sore for the first third or so it eased up after that. There were hundreds of brownies lined up along the trail waiting to go into their field and they cheered, and held out hands to tag. Great fun. They can come every week! Nearly a minute faster than last time. I'll get these legs working properly soon!
