Out and about the place. Took the phone with the GPS enabled, and the browser open so I could see were I was, and had the Radio on ABC so as to listen to the footy. What more do you need :)

Uni 1/2 Marathon, last run/event for the season. 3 lap course. After 1 lap I wanted to get out, nothing was going well (why the f*** do PPL play politics in sport) But I knew I had to grind it out, so started lap 2 with the goal of betting the lap 1 time, once this was done, I was going to stop, but I noticed Ian had pulled out, so I had to do the last lap, as that way I would beat him :)

Lap (7k) times 29:50, 29:37, 29:05 Last k was fast, as Victor was trying to run me down, cant have that happening

Looked like it would be a nice day out, but still cold. Up around Sandhurst Res, along the channel till Sth Mandy road, and home.

Not much time for mucking around, as had meeting to go to, and as there was no one else at the track, that helped a lot.

Ran there, did 5 laps, of 250 on, 50 walk, 100 recover, then ran home
