A really nice relay training which I am not satisfied with. At control 3 I was already more than 30 seconds behind the big first group, which I am still confused about. I think I had the slowest forking on the first two controls and I missed a little bit the third control but I was so much slower that even without mistake I would have been behind. On my forking I was still the fastest. To control 4 I pushed as hard as I could to catch up with the group and I think I pushed a little bit too hard because I never really recovered from that. I caught up the end of the group and was happy about that, but the fastest guys I never saw the entire race. To control 5, 7 and 9 I missed quite a lot of time and had to catch up again and again which was pretty annoying. I felt physically strong but had to invest too much due to many mistakes. To control 10, 11 and 12 I was just following and saving some energy and could use that to get away from the group on the last controls. But all in all I am not happy with this training, because I did a lot of mistakes and pushed too hard. I was super tired afterwards and probably have to recover too many days until I feel better again. Not very good for my training.
