The plan was to do a bike session, but my dad surprised me with a trip to France and an orienteering competition. I took it very easy and had to skip some controls, because my hamstrings and hip muscles were too tired from yesterday. That was pretty tough yesterday

The foot is still not fine, but no pain in my vapourflys, so I am very happy to have done such a quality session. The plan was to run threshold, but it was probably a little bit faster than that. WInd from the north was the reason why half of the intervals were slower than the other half.

I never thought that I would run with my Vaporflys through the forest one day. Crazy and unexpected sprint, which made me a little bit angry, sadly.
But the Vaporflys are right now the only pair of shoes in which I have no pain at my heel.

I took it already really easy, but running in shoes made the pain at my right heel still worse. Since yesterday I have a little inflammation, probably caused by one of my shoes. I hope it gets better soon
