Skiing (Classic) 1:42:21 [1]

19.7km and 334m climb
The plan was to do 3 hours but my right shoulder started to hurt quite much so I decided to go home earlier. Hopefully I can train tomorrow a little bit more again
2 PM

Skiing (Skating) 2:18:18 [2]

29.1km and 388m climb
Because my shoulder is still really bad, I drove all the time just with the legs. Of course that is not perfect and also much harder at the steep uphills, but at least it is possible and also a good training. In general I feel really good and not really tired so physically it is going quite well

Nice night orienteering. Really easy running speed and 1:7500 as a map scale made it not that hard today. But that was actually quite nice and I had a lot of fun with the other guys. The pain in my knee was less than yesterday. Hopefully it will be completly away soon.

Orienteering-easy 1:04:07 [5] 10.86 km (5:54 / km) +359m 5:04 / km
shoes: Inov Trailroc 255

Really good training, even (probably exactly for that reason) the result was not was I expected. Massstart with 60 other tough guys and really highspeed directly from the beginning. I felt the whole course really good and had no problem to run with the best guys. Until the 11th control I also had a quite stable race, just small mistakes but I never lost the group. At control 11 Eskil Kinneberg and Marcus MillegÄrd started to push a little bit more and I followed them but forgot the most important part, the map reading. But of course, they had a completely different forking and after I realised that something must be wrong it was already too late and I had no idea where I am. I lost in total nearly 4min and was alone behind all the others. I think I learned a lot about relays today and it was also nice to see that my physical shape is improving as well.

Note
(rest day)

No time for training until 9pm and then it was too late for a proper training because of the competition tomorrow

Orienteering-easy 1:07:14 [4] 9.21 km (7:18 / km) +223m 6:31 / km
shoes: Inov Trailroc 255

My plan was to run not with fullspeed, but in a massstart it is not possible. Really good first half where I was not alone and had everything under control, but contoll 15, 16 and 17 were quite bad. Too bad orienteering and the group from behind catched me again. Not perfect but a good training.

Note
(rest day)

Probably the best to give the knee a rest day. I'm not happy with this but the alternativ training yesterday was also not the best

Nothing really worked with the knee. Neither spinning, nor strength. Just both a little bit. Hopefully it is better soon

Orienteering-easy 1:10:35 [2] 9.16 km (7:42 / km) +318m 6:34 / km
shoes: Inov Trailroc 255

Hm, sometimes I really had the feeling to have the control and that I really get better in night-O, but then there were the long legs, where it was so hard to hold the contact with the map and to know exactly where I am. So I'm not sure if I'm satisfied with my performance (probably not) and also I fell again on my knee quite in the beginning and had towards the end pain and not the fun anymore. Physically, it felt really good but the knee is definitly not fine

Orienteering-easy 52:00 [5] 9.4 km (5:32 / km) +316m 4:44 / km
shoes: Inov Trailroc 255

Massstart with Jooseppi, Anders and Joonas. Felt quite good and was able to push quite hard with the others. I was leading nearly half of the training, what was a really good training, and the other half Joonas Ahola who challenged me a lot today. I'm also really satisfied with my orienteering today except control 11. At control 6 we stopped again and started with reverse order from the first half.

In the end it was a really good training but also a little bit to hard. I was surprised about myself how fast I already can run with this kind of training in the last weeks but I feel that high intensity for such a long time drains my body too much and I probably have to change my training for tomorrow. But I'm on a good way and I will soon be able to handle this better than at the moment.

Orienteering-easy 50:13 [3] 6.3 km (7:58 / km) +241m 6:42 / km
shoes: Inov X-Talon 220

Not my best training. I had shoes without spikes and because of the rain it was really slippery on all rocks, so it was quite hard to look on the map during running. Also my selfconfidence was quite low today so I was allways a little bit unsure. Many small mistakes which are sometimes not that good visible from the track but I think I the learningoutcome of this training was therefore quite high.

Nice training. Sometimes I struggled a little bit with my compass during the training, but with the right self-confidence it was good most of the time.
