Between 2pm and 6pm i had an exam but if i wanted run my first night cup i already had to leave the exam at 5pm. After finishing the exam i was finally able to run the Nattcup and it was really nice. We started together in small groups of 3 or 4 people and 90 sec time distance between the groups. I was quite alone until i catched 2 runners at controll 6. But at controll 8 i already lost them because of a forked controll. From controll 9 to 11 i ran together with Simon Imark and was quite impressed how easy he was running through this tough grassy terrain.
In total i did a quite stabel race with only small mistakes. I allways realiced it quite fast when i was making mistakes and so i could finish my first night race here in Gothenburg in fourth place.

Not my best day. After half of the training i got a big headache and wasn't able anymore to focus. I was running together with a friend so i was just following in the second half. The plan was to do a nice long and slow o-training but it was definitly better to do not the hole course. There will come other days.

Still a little bit sick. After a hard day at university just happy to had that wonderful training with 4 nice guys in the night of Gothenburg. We ran together the full korridor and i was trying to do as much as possible theorienteering work to have the highest possible learning effect. Sometimes the others influenced me positiv but in the same time they had also a negativ influence on me. It was not only a good night training, it became also a great relay training and was super much fun running together. My night orienteering skills are getting better and better and hopefully my health too.

Still sick, but it is not that bad and I don't want to be determined by my sicknesses all the time. I tried to rest as soon as possible and i got sick though. So now i try continuing training, but with low intensity. I will see if it is a mistake.
Nice autumn weather. Really warm, 13°C, and a little bit sun. Quiet nice!

After my problems with the achilles, i was able to train quite well the last two days, but my calf musceles are still not as good as they should be. So hopefully one rest day solves the problem.

First night OL training for a very long time. Super much fun although it went quite shitty. At least now i know what i have to work on. Looking for more trainings like this.
My achilles was also quite good, hopefully it will be same tomorrow and all the other coming days.

20 x 3min Intervalle mit 1min Pause auf dem Spinningrad. War der totale Abschuss heute. Und weil es ja noch nicht genug war wurden die letzten zwei Pausen durch Intervalle ersetzt und so gab es nochmal einen langen Intervall von 11min am Ende. Hoffentlich ab morgen wieder Laufen

Der gestrige Tag hat mich komplett zerstört. Der Wettkampf zusammen mit dem vielen Rumstehen und der Krankheit in den Tagen davor war einfach zu viel. Laufen war heute absolut nicht möglich. Sobald ich versucht habe zu rennen, tat meine linke untere Wade zusammen mit der Achillessehne weh. Daher kein Wettkampf heute, sondern wieder nur viele Stunden Rumstehen und viele Stunden mit dem Bus nach Hause fahren. Hoffentlich erholen sich meine Waden und alles andere schnell. Eine Saisonpause wird es bei mir nicht geben, sondern es wird gleich mit dem Wintertraining losgehen. Ich spüre immer wieder, dass für mich das beste ist, erst gar nicht mit Training aufzuhören, da jede Pause große Probeme beim Wiedereinstieg bereitet.

Vermutlich mein bisher schlechtester Lauf in Schweden. Nach meiner Krankheit in den vergangen zwei Wochen habe ich versucht, trotzdem ein hohes Tempo zu laufen, habe dabei aber das Orientieren total vernachlässigt. Eine gute Lehrstunde!

Am Anfang Probleme gehabt, die Karte richtig zu erkennen und einige unnötige Schlenker gemacht. Dann aber besser reingekommen und am Ende 2. geworden, knapp hinter dem 1., den ich wegen des Schlenkers bei Posten 14 verloren habe. Physisch richtig gut gefühlt
