OL intervals with 50 people, GMOK and IFK. Super hard, super fast and an amazing training. I felt not so good but was always together with the fastest group. We changed the maps sometimes, that’s why I had different controls in the first interval, for example.
It was very impressive how many good runners were at this training today, it can't be much better!

Today I had a really nice training together with three other guys. We had big control flags, which was in this times quite nice. But the terrain was super tough so that I got really tired in the end and the speed was never really high. But therefore even better training!

Nice terrain and nice training. Wasn't really able to push harder today after a long learning-day. Sadly, I was not always 100% focused and did some mistakes. But I ran this course (without the extra controls) in September last year after I was maybe for 2 weeks in Gothenburg and felt much better and safer in this terrain today. I remember that I had not always the control half a year ago and that I did much more mistakes. It was nice to see this improvement.
