Ride up to Horsnell Gully for a run. In my head riding there was going to be about 15mins quick roll up the hill but in reality it took I think half an hour is quite a slog.

Running 43:00 [3] 4.7 km (9:09 / km) +240m 7:17 / km

Horsnell gully - rough and rocky track up the gully to the waterfall then little track up to the left and down on main track.
Loved it.
