Belair run up the Valley to the Redwoods and back. Definitely counts as a long run for me! R knee just a tiny bit sore at the end, otherwise fine. I love it up the end of the valley where it feels all cool and European :)

Pre-work run up Wild Dogs Glen Trail (track up from Waite - 180m climb in just over 1km straight up), Old Coach Rd and back down a steep rocky little trail. Nice :)
