Morning run with Tobi (him walking, me looping back). Felt really good running today, after belly feeling big and uncomfortable yesterday.
The windy weather was invigorating and felt like all the lovely wild places out there blowing in to the city for us :)
People are getting good at avoiding each other out walking, but many also seem to think the virus spreads va eye contact or a smile.. or maybe Toorak just isn’t overly friendly.

Arvo run, got the HR up a little bit which felt good. I do feel like o have to watch my step since I don’t seem to manage to keep my feet lifting well.
