Bike to town/river - chain started slipping with every third pedal which was a major bummer! Need to get it fixed asap.

Run along the Yarra with Jess, our old stomping ground from when we lived in Kew. So nice to run with company! Felt ok, running at chatting pace but probably faster than we would have gone alone, and we pushed a few of the hills.

Went climbing at the bouldering hall directly after the run, Jess is such a gun! At some point towards the end I must have done something awkward with my right knee because it got suddenly sore, now also just walking.
