Should have been a long run today but I really wasn't feeling it so dragged myself about for an hour. Not such a bad task given the beautiful surroundings and many blackberry picking opportunities.. Followed by 3 hours floating down the Aare from Thun to Bern!

Not so happy with training this week, didn't manage all my planned sessions.

Galgenen - Pfaffikon with some tempo ints (5,3,3,2,4 mins), on hills when I could. Felt ok but legs lacking speed and I was very aware of my glutes being lazy!
