Bummed to miss the Swiss 'high technical high speed' O training day but my body definitely wasnt up for it.

Pity to miss the SOLA relay today - 14 ppl per team relay over about 116km around Zurich. It was the first time i wasn't away for it and was supposed to be running in 2 different teams.
Still pretty sick, a bit of fever, extremely blocked sinuses and body generally down.

Felt worse today, went home at lunch.
Got some antibiotics and sinus stuff from the doctor.

Worse today, head is really blocked a very mild fever and slightly cold/achey body. Had been hoping to go to O training in the evening but by arvo decided it was better to rest.
I guess I should go to the doctor next week if still an issue, even though it feels kind of feeble going to the doctor for a blocked nose, it has been bothering me on and off since mid feb.

Damn it I am sick again, same old story my sinuses flared up and I can feel it affects my whole body a bit. So I canceled my 3000m TT this evening to rest it.

90minute yoga with a friend who has returned from Asia with yoga teaching creds. Very long poses and meditative. Rib injury finally aaalmost gone.
Feeling a bit of sinus pressure in my head.

Running 22:00 [2] 4.4 km (5:00 / km)

run home after yoga, felt really good running after the yoga!
In hindsight got a it of a cold head running without a hat
