My cold is really lingering.. not bad but still have a cough and stuffy sinuses.

Easyish run Löliwald, Eichholz (with some vitaparcors). Still have a lingering of the cold (especially throat), really want it to go away because I am leaving for World Cup in a couple of days and feel v. unprepared!
Took some practice questions for my exam tomorrow to do in my head, because the things I think about whilst running seem to stick best, and usually just thinking nonsense ;)

Galgener OL in HochYbrig! Everyone seemed quite happy with the courses and it didn't rain too much till the evening.
50mins setting control units. 25mins collecting controls.
Body feeling much better, still tired and a bit of a cough.
Hopefully ready to do a couple of proper trainings before Norway.
