and stretches. calves not so tight but R achilles quite sore to walk in shoes.

rock bottom. achilles sore but more the tight calves took the power from my legs.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

calves really stiff and sore and achilles sore but took painkillers and did longish warm up.
