Long run in the evening, expected legs to be tired from big day yesty and worked on my feet all day at the bike shop today, but didnt feel too bad. Increased stretching has also helped keep niggles at bay. L shin only tiny bit sore right at end, iced afterwards.
Bit of a plod but just wanted to get a longer run done.

Quick run to the shops to get supplies. Rest of the day spent at Harvest music fest, legs got veeery tired from standing, walking and dancing, but it was awesome fun :)

Felt raaaather tired in the legs- quads pretty tight/sore from tag, all that frantic sprinting!
Stretch lastnight seemed to have helped right leg- no achiness :)

Around the parks on my own.
Had strange pain in my right leg thismorning, it sort of collapsed when I stood on it! Exactly the same in early 2007- tight calf and aching down the leg. From tightness higher up- had a good stretch and roll on balls/roller and massaged calves. I neeeed a full body massage, my back is really tight too..
Felt ok running but tightened up bit at the end w bit of lower leg pain.

To work only- crazy storm clouds put me of riding home, though they would have missed me in the end. Instead got a lift straight to rugby with Cain after working late.

Smashed again by another team of Maoris... All Blacks reserve team or something?
I got a bit more play than last week, and a few thrilling chases :) In the process of getting tagged by the opposition I had my singlet ripped, ass grabbed and shorts nearly ripped off...sure non contact but still pretty rough ;)
Game called short because of the wild storms- I was quite enjoying it! Spikes would have been useful though.

30+30 commute to/from work
20+20 ride to/from monday night run and strength class
I love riding the dark streets on a warm eucalyptus night.

strenght class. hot! a little stronger than last time. did 4 (assisted...) chinups at the end!

Easy monday night run (on my own as came late after strength calss) around lovely Ivanhoe billabongs. Followed by a feast at the Jaffes.
Legs felt very tired in first 10mins then loosened to feel pretty good after a quick stretch. Something tight in my right hip causing some very slight pain down ITB and lower leg. "Side adductors" are sore from something too- cant remember if they were before the strengthing exercises?
