Its been nice not training for a few weeks and trying to get better stretching habits. Start training tomorrow.
Stretching class for runners. If I am too lazy to do it at home I will just have to pay to be told to stretch. It was really good- some useful new stretches. Some strength involved too in holding some positions.
Bought a 10 session pass, also includes strencth classes.
Feel a bit sore after touch practice- side muscles from chucking ball backwards and hamstrings from running backwards...
Tag rugby training before our first practice game next week. The team is made up of people from my work, lonely planet and some irish. It's gonna be fun!
Practiced running and passing, which was hard enough without people chasing you to get your tags! Quite tiring!
Shins just a tiny bit sore.
