First ride on the road bike for ages! 15mins of traffic riding out to the Boulevard, then a quick partial lap- pushed the hills hard- before going for walk in the park with Kirsten and crew. Definately ride much harder with cleats and fast bike. Took a bit to get used to the roadis position, felt quite unstable and nervous at first.

didnt make time for strength but got in a bit of a stretch, not enough but too tired.
to/from work. usually i commute pretty easy, but have decided to ride this a bit harder from now on and engage my lazy butt muscles which seem intent on hitching a free ride everywhere.

good long stretch followed by strength exercises. Not going to run for a few days as shin was very sore on weekend. Strength exercises and stretching is priority of the month!
