Silly wasted a good sunday by leaving my run till night time. Ilka, Matt and I finally ventured out in the evening after a slow day of 'party recovery'. Capital city trail, merri creek, finished up at Jas's to pick up my bike. Felt OK but not super fast. I think 15/16km.

3x bush sprints (Bendigo Skins event) on Diamond hill. Mass starts, fast and frantic. Good racing practice. A few silly route choices and misses but overall pretty happy.

Ran in Maidstone straight after work. Hills up steep bank of Maribyrnong river.

10x steep hills. about 50secs i think (didnt have watch). Felt really tired, lacking the grunt i needed to do these properly.
