Three short control picking courses on Creswick goldmining- really great technical terrain. By the last one I was orienteering quite a bit better, more proactive than reactive- really got to make a plan on even the smallest scale.

Felt like I hadn't really run for long enough over the weekend so went for an evening run round Royal and Princess parks. Felt good and had a decent pace, trying not to plod and making most of the terrain parts before it got dark.

Two short courses on cool vague spur gully near Ballarat with the Juniors. Im not very good in this vaggue sort of terrain, and was also extremely tired and lost concentation on the longer legs..

had a scary crash on the way home on the bike path- front wheel disk brake lockced up and me and bike did a summasault. fortunately i seem to fall well, only a few sore spots.
