Ran with Jas at hanging rock, except she forgot her shoes and was running in thongs so we ended up just climbing some rocks and trees and chatting in the sun. then ate bread and cheese in a paddock like we had just been on a long run... oops

rode to and from abbotsford with my bro for dinner at lentil, yum :) Flooded rivers galore- a few detours and perilous bridge crossings!

Left it late to run (8:30) so had to run the streets more than usual. Ran to Prinny via capital city trail for a partial lap and back. Only stopped once to check out an awesome owl just a few metres above the ground. Shared some wisdoms before it flew off into the night. Felt really good compared to yesterday just becuase of the cooler weather.

Again making the most of my free uni gym membership, which meant I was in the indoor 25m pool, with a water temperature of 29 degrees!!! hardly refreshing! Didnt count laps at all and it meant I could think about other things more and it wasnt so boring.

Evening run down Merri ck. Not really fast but not a total plod either. little bit tired.

went to the gym!!! second time ever? realised my uni gym membership is valid till may so better make the most of it. just mucked around on various stuff, including 10mins on an elliptical. gotta figure out what is actually useful. arms sore already
