Feathertop. Ran pretty much the whole way but pretty slow, got a bit faster when I heard to howling winds up the top! Just made it to Federation hut as the conditions were a bit rough to make it along the ridge.

Down Feathertop. Left knee got quite sore by the end so walked a bit (ITB)

Just noticed this october has been the most training I have ever done in a month! Mostly riding and not good quality but still!

Mystic. Very steep up and down in places. Wet and lovely :)
A wonderful view of clouds and mist from the launch site on Mystic...I miss flying! We got a little lost on the way down but all were found in the end!

Rode up to Persephone's place in Mitcham for a birthday visit. The eastern freeway bike track is great, no road crossings, fast surface, goes forever!

shoes: Brooks Adrenaline trail

Monday night run from Kirsten's. Lovely night and delicious summery dinner after. Legs felt pretty tired on the hills, and I shouldn'tve easten so much homopus and chipa beforehand. Girls greatly out numbered the boys!
