Legs felt really heavy on the second two, pace dropped and it felt harder

Morning MTB ride. Jess was still tired from an epic training ride on sunday, so I went alone. Upstream Yarra singletrack to the 'halfpipe'. I love riding on these narrow tracks through the overgrown green jungle! I was taking it a bit faster (now that the tracks are mostly dry) and nothing chickened me out!
Met P at the pool for first swim of the sunny seasons. Did 1km, lots of variety including breaststroke, kicking and some pool running.
Had to Give P a freestyle lesson, she has to be able to do 100m in 4mins!! She could probably doggy paddle that!

Evening bats loop. Legs felt a bit tired beforehand, but was running better by the end. Knees a bit sore (need to stretch itb's more).
