Lat run before tomorrows race. An easy pre breacky run with some drills. Feel ok.
Was good spectating for the sprint qual and seeing three get through! WOC excitement!

Last run in terrain, on the qualification model map- some slower to look at things then a 2k course. Some tricky aspects- having good direction in the marshes and vague forest, diagonal slope legs in green (keeping height when contouring)... so must be super disciplined on monday! Marshes are still my favourites for running and simplification.
Tomorrow a day off so my legs feel fresh for mon- the terrain felt heavy today.

Easy run just on the roads from hostel (quite boring run as the interesting parts are embargoed). About 6 surges of 60secs, Felt ok.

5ish km course with 21 controls. Still loving the terrain and feel quite comfortable. The contours however subtle are really good to read, i find it easier than Sweden to stay in contact. Felt a bit tired, if fresh could run alot harder especially as the visibility is generally good.
Also picked cloudberries and saw a BIG moose lolloping down through a marsh, i love this place!

Local race on very relevant terrain. Ran reasonably hard but didnt really push it. Quite a good run, some things to improve though.
7mins behind fastest, Eric Bone from USA. fastest girl.

Very easy run, not feeling so great, bit of a sore throat. Some surges/exercises.
