Warm up and down for hill ints. Another perfect early morning. Felt a bit hayfeverish which was odd. Sneezy and watery. Or maybe I'm getting a cold.
Quads feel a bit sore from hills, otherwise I felt good running.

4 x hills up the road next to Camp Crusty, from the change in the bitumen to the dirt section.
Legs got a bit fatigued as a bit sore already from hills on the long run. Will be good to do these hills next time I'm in Bright (soon I hope) as I will have times to compare.
Pushed pretty well, esp the last one! Not feeling 100% tho, bit coldy, otherwise may have done 5.

Paragliding. 4 flights again. On the last flight the thermals were a bit stronger and I got some very decent height and was up for 40mins. Amazing, I was concentrating a bit too hard to really absorb the views, but probably a good thing otherwise it might have sunk in that I was almost about 800m above the ground all on my own!
Also very happy to have all good landings and no ankle probs.
