My first real climb, in the Grampians! Jas lead, a grade 11, 30m climb. There were two scary points where I didnt think I could make it any further (up or down) but luckily did muster up the strength! Awesome to get to the top!! Sadly it was getting too wet for more.The climb had good big holds but the concept was a little scary! And it would be better to be in climbiing shoes not runners. Arms v sore the next day! Also some bouldering.
First time in the Gramps, I LOVED it, despite the rain.

First of three races at the Bendigo 'Orientshow". 1:5000 'classic' with longer legs. Had trouble running hard/keeping up and felt tired in the head.

Race 2. 2.7k sprint hagaby. Great technical course with lots of controls but I just felt shit. Felt really tired, couldnt think or get into it or run hard. I tried to run hard for a few controls but just couldn't make it happen, I think it was physical not lack of motivation.

Race 3. 1:2500 cool area and lots of controls. But I again felt really tired and couldnt get into it, in fact I didnt even get halfway round. I dont often pull out and it was only a 3.5k course but It just wasn't worth it. Shame as it was a great event for racing.
Hopefully I feel good next week and for easter. A few people have been feeling similar but got over it.

set off on a run with Reubs but felt really tired and lacking energy. so mooched around till reuben got back then had an enormous late breakfast.

Yarra River run in the arvo. did 10x 30sec with 30sec rec.
Felt realllly shit, just really tired for no good reason, felt like sleeping. Walked quite a bit. hopefully feel better in a week! Maybe something similar to what clare had.

Riding around wandilligong. gliding course over :( but will be back in bright asap for more :)

was going to do some training at warby ranges but didnt get round to it in the end. feeling a bit unmotivated, feeling the withdrawal symptoms of my flying addiction ;) sad having to go back to melbourne from beautiful sunny bright.
Tired so snoozed in the shade by the ovens river while Reubs did a 4hr ride up hotham etc...
