Morning run on my own. Set off at 8 so it was quite warm by the end. Ran over the pipe bridge to Kanes bridge then back all the way along the river.
Felt ok, ran a bit harder in parts.
Got hit by three bombsof juicy bat poo..they were very smelly today, must be the start o fruit season!

Glorious morning run! Ran to the bats along the river then back to the chandler hwy via the top tracks. About 5mins slower than when I did this run a few weeks ago with dion and liggs but i wasnt pushing it.
Was feeling a bit sluggish to start off with as I had just got out of bed but felt good till the end. Was worried my knees were a bit stiff but they ended up being fine. My legs seem to have recovered well, i just have to be careful not to let my itb's get tight.
Going to do a long run tomorrow!!

Night ride to simons party..and back after a few too many sangria's. Powered up studley park hill to keep up with reubs!

First swim of the summer...lovely! Did mostly freestyle, i think i can remember how its done!
Next time ill do 1.5kms.

Rode to the pool via the mtb tracks and pizza at work after. On the way home I saw a 3inch baby snakey! Then an insect flew straight into the back of my throat and now i cant stop coughing.

Nice recovery run. Legs still sore though not too bad running. Left itb and quad are the worst. Got a little bit of knee pain at the end.
Lots of stretching and massage is in order.

Legs realllly sore, in particular quads and especially left itb/outer quads. Felt a little better after light massage and walk to shops.
Why so many stairs in the house!!

Mt Buffalo run. Started the morning in a heap of pain, I could hardly get to my feet to get out of the tent! Luckily there wasnt too much down hill on the run!
Walked more than on Feathertop but walking wasnt really much slower on the steep bits anyway. Felt like I was limited by my sore legs rather more than my fitness.
Such a beautiful run!! From the granite section about halfway up i started feeling a bit better and managed to run in 5 mins faster than last year which i wasnt expecting!

Rode from Wandilligong up to Tawonga gap. Started earlier with Reubs and got caught by Shep, Tomash and Ev a bit before the top.. Quads were pretty sore beforehand and even more after. Riding up was pretty hard, i was just about at my limit! Lovely rolling back down, Bright and the surrounding valleys and mountains is my favourite place!!
