shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'

Vic relays at Plenty river. 3rd leg with Tash and Jess. Pretty bad run...took me a while to actually begin orienteering and focus was pretty bad, didnt put enough thought into route choice and was pretty messy finding controlls. Improved towards end. Ran quite hard but in reality pretty slow.

2 bridges run. Stomach was really sore and felt a bit ill and tired at the end. Beautiful spring day.
