Evening run with R along the river beyond the bats to the stairs and back through the streets. Fairly quick for the first half then a bit slowere as I tired. Legs felt ok.
Yarra bats loop. Felt ok and my achillies has recovered from the ankle brace abuse. This run used to take 42mins so I must have been going at a reasonable pace.
When i started 6 of my toes were totally numb and white, after 10mins they felt like they were being boiled in my shoes..at least i have figured out how to get warm this winter!

Kooyoora loop race. Was lots of fun. I was a bit hesitiant to start because acillies was really sore from the ankle brace yesterday but got over it. Nav was a bit messy and i had a very lonely race, only running with Warren for one loop toward the end (which made me speed up a bit). Sore after!
