Back from weekend hydrogeology camp on which i got totally saturated, frozen, muddy, windblown, wet etc. was fun, didnt get a chance or want to go for a run though.

Morning run down the river (bats loop). Felt nice to be running, especially after some rain. Knee felt ok though bit stiff at start. Ran with sticks for a bit so I wouldnt run lazy.

MTB ride with Kay from the pipe bridge up to the usual loops in the forest.

Rode to Jozy's in the afternoon, and back after dinner and a few glasses of wine..and home for second dinner.
Lots of time on the bike today!

Morning run around river. Felt quite good. Concentrated on good running style and arms. Knee didnt hurt.

Picked up mtb from work, rode home along river then went upstream with Reubs and Matthias on the single track. Beautiful evening and lots of fun!
