Back from weekend hydrogeology camp on which i got totally saturated, frozen, muddy, windblown, wet etc. was fun, didnt get a chance or want to go for a run though.

Morning run down the river (bats loop). Felt nice to be running, especially after some rain. Knee felt ok though bit stiff at start. Ran with sticks for a bit so I wouldnt run lazy.
