Felt ok, bit hungry though. Right quad bit tight still.

Rode upstream. Reubs tried to get me to ride down the steep bit I've always walked..but I chickened out again today and felt all shaky after almost crashing. Was feeling a bit delicate today.

Day 4 at St Georges Lake. Lost a bit on a few controlls. Ran quite agressively.

Day 3 at Creswick. Good run, was reading the detail really well and running really hard but did lose 1.5mins on the long vague downhill leg.
