Ran from the bike shop to the river (24min warm up) then did fartlek back along the Boulevard, then 6min warm down.
Felt ok, bit hungry though. Right quad bit tight still.
Rode upstream. Reubs tried to get me to ride down the steep bit I've always walked..but I chickened out again today and felt all shaky after almost crashing. Was feeling a bit delicate today.
