riding (road) 2:58:00 [3]

From Wandi-Bright-Mt Buffalo. Rode up Buffalo for almost 60mins but didnt quite make it to the top (had to get back down to meet the others). Awesome ride up and down, I LOVE the mountains up here!!!! Everything smelt so nice after the rain last night, and it was a perfect sunny morning.

Rode down to Bright to watch the start of the first stage of the TofB, then back a longer way.

Running 1:10:00 [3]
shoes: Nike structure- blue

Ran from the house up into the hills up the Wandiligong valley. Very nice, started a bit easy but harder in the last part. Felt better at the end.

riding (road) 1:10:00 [3]

Rode down to Bright quite hard (time trial style as the road was the course for the arvo TT for the race), then rode up to the finish and met Reubs, then back.

Morning run to the river then longish hills up from the pipe bridge. felt really tired and when I tried running hard on the hills. sucked. Only did three in the end, so it was just an abbreviated version of the usual session, and the ints were alot slower.
