orienteering race 1:16:00 [4]

Long.. not great but not too bad..
Quads were still super sore and tight and warming up was really painful, especially down hill. Planned to navigate and not worry about legs.
Bit slow ie couldnt keep up with kirsten and anna
Bad rc on the long leg, let the hills put me off, weakling!
One 2 min error due to not using compass and falling asleep on vague leg (when will i learn!)
Happy with how i felt at the end (could run up the last hill!)

quads really sore before.
stuffed afterwards but still warmed down a bit.

orienteering race 38:44 [4]

felt pretty bad today. legs suffering.
a few errors (compass, dicipline)
lost 2 mins being hasitant on 12 and being slow up the hill... not happy

quads ouch.
still none of the pain i had in my r leg the last few weeks

orienteering race 14:31 [5]

Sprint- was quite happy, mostly clean run, felt hard but also felt fast. concentrating well and really enjoyed running again!

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

15 min warm up. was apprehensive as i hadnt run for a week bat was surprised that i couldnt feel anything in my leg. felt really good warming up.
10 min warm down- legs feel a bit wobbly after sprint. in hindsight i shouldve warmed down more and stretched sooner... really suffered from tight quads for the rest of the races. i guess thats why you should run in the week before!

Note

went to physio
doesnt seem to be itb.
he said it problably comes from tightness in left side, and will be ok to run at easter..
