orienteering race 1:16:00 [4]
Long.. not great but not too bad..
Quads were still super sore and tight and warming up was really painful, especially down hill. Planned to navigate and not worry about legs.
Bit slow ie couldnt keep up with kirsten and anna
Bad rc on the long leg, let the hills put me off, weakling!
One 2 min error due to not using compass and falling asleep on vague leg (when will i learn!)
Happy with how i felt at the end (could run up the last hill!)
