Running 45:00 [3]

Ran to Morialta where we met another mum with twins and walked to First Falls and had a picnic. Then ran to the shops and then home which was tough (up hill).
Not overly comfortable running with the pram (ouch arms and shoulders) but feels good to move a bit faster, and cover distance more easily!
Prob 12 km all up including the walking.

Running 15:00 [3]

Pram run to doctors. Running with the pram is more possible than I thought but not really that pleasant. This was mostly flat/downhill tho.

orienteering 1:14:00 [4]

Rock Oyster O. First time running here and it was a fun map! A bit messy with my micro routes at times but was finding everything spot on until 12 where I veered waaay left, on a distracted train of thought. And from there on just slowed as it was a lot more uphill and I am unfit..
3.5 mins behind Lanita but the fastest boy did 51.
Fun day out and catch in up with O friends, and the boys slept all the way home :)

Running 1:15:00 [4] 11.45 km (6:33 / km)
ahr:141 max:163

Bridgewater long run with Fern, Zara, Jenny and Steve. Lovely route past Mount George and up towards Carey Gully. Took the slightly shorter option halfway with Fern.
Felt super unfit, mainly legs struggled towards the end. No reason I can’t manage a weekly long run though, so that’s my goal :) So nice to run with other ppl too!

Running 32:00 [3]

Walked halfway up the steep track from the park offices to the wildflower garden and then decided I should run it so turned around and started again to get the whole hill. It’s a hard enough hill without 40kg of pram, so I felt very hardcore! Good to feel those leg muscles burn!
Then other bits of stop start running where the track was smooth enough.

Going to try to look after myself a bit better and prioritise a bit of daily Yoga at least and go for some more runs/rides! Life is full on at the moment though with the babies and Tobi and I both working part time.
