Jogged to make it on time to doctors for a morning blood test, 5x1 min with short walk between.
Super frustrating to have to then wait 50 minutes despite them having a new appointments system which I thought was supposed to lessen wait times. Such a waste of precious baby-free time!!!

Put the pram under some low hanging oak branches in the Garden which kept the babies well entertained while i stretched! Will have to try this more often..

It’s hard work fitting this in to the day but managed today. Floor exercises with the babies on the matt, squats etc with the carrier.

Over to Kooyong parks and ovals (can‘t believe I’d never been there before..) then Gardiners trail to the Yarra and back via the railway bridge.
Ended up being a long walk and we needed to stop for a feed - such hungry boys at the moment! They also barely slept but only grizzled a tiny bit when they got hungry,

Focusing on strong core and good running style. Im going to return to running extremely slowly but in the long run I’ll hopefully be a stronger runner!

Went to the physio for a postnatal check up. Didn’t learn much except that I have good deep abdominals and core control (looked at with ultrasound), no indication of pelvic floor issues (although couldn’t see it with ultrasound because my bladder was too empty), and they don’t recommend running until you’ve done their 8 week core build up program.
My first priority is building back stronger and I’m in no rush to run, so I’ll try fit in a bit of strength each day.

Long walk to Caulfield park with a little picnic stop there. Babies took a while to fall asleep by then slept most of the way.
Tobias was swooped by two birds with one wee bombing him, all over his head and front!! They were so fast I didn’t even see what kind of birds they were!!
