Feeling kind of tired and achey today. Generally I just feel pretty below average physically.. and so stiff. I miss how good I felt during pregnancy and having time/energy for yoga every morning!
Rawnsley. Course 2, 6.8km = 7:40m/km. Fast terrain!! Had a sore right foot in the morning so was doubtful about running but it ended up being ok once I got going. Just loved this!! Contours so clear to read and hit everything pretty much right on. Physically felt quite good (relative!).
Wilpena spurs. W21AS 5.1km = 7:59m/km. Lost a little bit at the beginning getting used to the map (1987 fieldwork so not as spot on as other Flinders maps - new watercourse in gully confused me). Otherwise food, pushed harder and navigated sharper towards the end trying to get in under 40mins.
Manawarra. Course 2, 5.2km = 9:07m/km. Awesome to be running in the Flinders again, 5 years since last time! Bit rusty to start nav and then had a massive blood sugar/energy crash and slowed right down. Heaps of fun though :)
Ran with pram back and forth on the park road. Tough pushing the pram which isnt designed for running and needs to have locked steering to stop speed wobbles. But it was a run :)

Came down with mastitis this arvo - I was driving back from meeting Lauren and Isla at Brownhill Creek and went from feeling a bit achey to serious fever and chills within about 20mins so stopped at the closest walk in doctor which luckily could help me pretty fast! Thankful for antibiotics!! And Panadol!
