Morialta - second falls loop anti clockwise. Glorious, felt fine but unfit and a little unco..
could have gone longer but knew the babies were tired and grumpy and didn’t want to stay too long.

Walk then run home from mechanics. Knee pain when I started with the walk but it went away when I very carefully started running.

Felt like I was moving ok but actually very slow according to my watch..
Knee fine running but focussing on good stable running style.

Morialta run - bit of a rude shock going straight up Hogan’s Hill but it felt good to burn the lungs a bit and the views are worth it! Felt a bit unco in the steep and rocky back down. Finished with some drills.
Knee was fine.
