Mosey over to River lookout
Decline push-ups as a team

Broke up into teams (4 members)
-100 pull ups
-200 pushups
-300 air squats

-4 min push up plank
-Step-ups on ledge

Back into teams
-Push up plank
-Each team member runs to Battle Monument from Trophy Point

Abs
-Iron Cross (1 min)
-30 leg lifts
-Oblique set ups

Team Up Again

Middle Course 50:00 [3] *** 3.0 km (16:40 / km) +200m 12:30 / km
shoes: Innovates

Rainy day means slippery rocks mean twisted ankles. We made it out alright though. It was a fun, but challenging course. Practically climbed mount Everest and got lost at point 2 (ran course backwards). Of course finding my way back to finish was not good enough, MORE PUSH UPS.

Ran up to the view. Loved it. Not too technical. Easy day. Harriman State Park.

Run hills 55:00 [4] 5.11 mi (10:46 / mi) +190m 9:39 / mi
shoes: Ghost

Ran with Arelena. Start at Ike Statue. Run around Supe's House to bottom of hill. Run up toward Michie Stadium. Continue up toward PX. Run past the PX and out Stony Lonesome then down to Highland Falls. I need to work on hills.
