Vic Long Champs - Kangaroo Crossing

Quite happy with my decision to run 35s, given my sparse training recently. Actually really enjoyed it, and the extra 3km might have been too much (even if I would have got a place...).

Saw Moira and Mace out there around 5-7 and then Mace popped up again at the other end of the long leg. I'd gone around the bottom on the right, although didn't drop down as much as I'd intended. Enjoyed the easier finish again today.

Vic Middle Champs - Little Kangaroo Crossing

Lost contact on the way to 1, which wasn't a great start. Was saved by Aislinn coming through. Lost it again near the end of the leg on 5, stopped short on 7 and went too low on 8. Was quite glad that the end of the course was simple, as my brain was a bit fried! Still, a lovely day out in the bush in the sunshine.
