Lovely day out except for the wind. Knees feeling a bit twingey at times.

Bendigo local - Kooyoora Bermuda Triangle

Was questioning why I'd gone after a few controls, but got in to it and started enjoying things. Nice view of the hill at one point.

No major time losses, but very slow, and a lot of uncertainty. Spent a lot of time not quite sure where I was, which is never good there. Was able to regain contact though.

Got to do the novice course afterwards as well, to make sure we didn't lose the local kids.

Harder first half racing some older blokes. Then felt absolutely rotten in the second half like I was going to vomit/poop. Limped home.

I think a lot of it was the position on the bike, as I felt mostly better when I got home (although not 100%). Had a few bites of banana beforehand but that wouldn't usually affect me.

Thought it was time to do some exercise again.

Evening jog. Left it a bit late but the sky was marvellous from Quarries Park.

Feeling a bit niggly - felt like right achilles was vaguely sore now.
