Running 21:00 [3] 3.9 km (5:23 / km)

5 min easy, 10 min tempo, 6 min easy. Was feeling ok on the run, but looking at the distance I went I must be super slow.

Orienteering 59:15 [3] 7.0 km (8:28 / km)

Bendigo Local at Diamond Hill. It was a bit further from home than I expected - I couldn't actually see the start from my bedroom.

Wasn't able to make anything of the home ground advantage as the legs and lungs just didn't have anything in them. Cheated a bit and ran on lots of tracks, despite the map being track-less.
