Running 15:00 [2]

Orienteering 33:46 [3] 5.2 km (6:30 / km)

Riverina Championships at Pomingalarna, Wagga.

Took a few controls before I could read the map! A little scrappy at the start - just being slightly off in the circle. Should definitely have gone down to the road on long leg 10 and not zig zagged across the forest. Got lucky on the tricky 13. Over the hill to 14 was a killer - almost stalled going over every earth bank with Mark Shingler hot on my heels. He punched 15 in front and pulled away a bit on the run to the finish.

Legs felt pretty quick, and happy with the k rate.

Running 25:00 [2]

Warm up, jog up the hill, warm down.

Running 28:00 [4]

Just me and Liis again tonight (and coach Pete).
Set from the oval: 2 laps, off through the terrain, 2 laps, up to the top of the golf course and back, 1 lap. 19'30" total (including short jog recoveries).
Then a solid 2k effort around the top loop. 8'30"

Was feeling fairly good and Liis was pushing me! Good session :)

Core strength/stretching 10:00 [1]

Just a spot of core. Also did some extra biking to the pub.

Running 37:00 [3]

Went out to check out the Merri with Cam. Feeling a bit puffed for the first half.

Running 12:00 [2]

Nice warm up jog around Edinburgh Gardens with CB1 and JN.

Core strength/stretching 25:00 [1]

Core and stretching with the MFR crew. Logging less time than them as I spent a not insignificant portion of the session laughing not exercising.

Riding 1:20:00 [3]

Solo lap of the Juvenile. Legs and lungs weren't in it.
